About the Speaker
Since joining Bacharach in March of 2014, Bob Kapolka has excelled in various roles. Serving as the Technical Customer Service Specialist and later as the Customer Service Manager prepared Bob for his current role as the Sales Operations Manager where he supports pre-sales applications for both Fixed and Portable products. Additionally, he continues to assist Customer Service and Regional Sales Managers with product applications, pricing, ERP software issues, sales lead management, and legacy product support.
Prior to joining Bacharach, Bob earned 32 years of sales and support experience in industrial distribution. He resides in the Pittsburgh area, recently celebrated 28 years of marriage to his wife, Christina, and has two children. Their daughter is a professor at Grove City College, and their son proudly serves in the Army as an Airborne paratrooper.
