Meet Antoinette Mensah-Quaynor: Customer Service Supervisor
What does your job entail?
Pitching in and supervising the flow of quotations, orders and customer experience.
How long have you worked at MSA Bacharach?
13 years.
What’s the best part about working at MSA Bacharach?
My colleagues and customers; whether I’m speaking with customers or coworkers I find that we are all doing our best every day. Mutual respect and comradery can be a game changer when dealing with issues that arise during the course of a work day.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
The ability to mow the lawn for myself and my neighbors in a blink of an eye during the mowing season. 🙂
What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?
Everyone’s perception is their reality.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Creative writing, although I haven’t done it in awhile. Watching sunrise and sunsets every chance I get. Star gazing, spending time with my daughters, Jazmin & Joslina, family and friends.
If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet and why?
My dad Anthony Mensah who I am named after. He passed away in Dec of 2006 a couple of weeks before my birthday. He was and continues to be my greatest champion. He was a tailor by trade (he could measure you and sew clothing without a pattern), and he did whatever it took for myself and six siblings. I would spend more quality time with him.
What beverage do you always have on hand at work? Coffee, tea, or other?
Water, tea sometimes but definitely water.
What movie can you watch on repeat?
The Whiz, although some scenes still scare my daughters and I. 🙂
Share a safety tip with us!
It’s best to stay home during snow storms, but if you have to be out have kitty litter in the car to use for traction if needed. Also, when you have to go out in a storm, shovel snow etc I’ve found it’s best to walk in the grass, your less likely to slip.
