    To request repair service, please contact 1-800-736-4666 or contact the nearest service location directly and a Bacharach representative will collect your contact and payment information and provide you with an RMA#


    All Repair Requests MUST have an RMA# in order to process your repair!

  • All calibration (w/ standard certificate as appropriate) and functional tests priced at $110 USD, except:
    • NIST certificate - $100 USD
    • PCA2 - $160 USD
    • Odorometers - $185 USD
    • ECA 450, CA 300 or Fyrizer 250 - $225 USD

  • All calibration with sensor replacement $245 USD, except:
    • H10G and H10PM - $170 USD
    • Pro/Tech (1 sensor) - $210 USD
    • Pro/Tech (2 sensors) - $325 USD
    • PCA, PCA2 or ECA 450 (2 sensors) - $550 USD
    • PCA, PCA2 or ECA 450 (3 sensors) - $925 USD
    • PCA2 or ECA 450 (4 sensors) - $1,150 USD

      Does not include repairing/replacing other components such as circuit boards and pumps.

  • Component part repairs are $350 USD, except:
    • Fyrite Classic - $125 USD
    • H10G and H10PM (sensor only) - $95 USD
    • Replacement pump for Tech or Pro - $120 USD
    • PCA or PCA2 - $450 USD
    • ECA 450 - $925 USD
    • CA 300 - $995 USD

      Does not include calibration or sensor replacement.

Stinger Repair Program (U.S. only)

    Effective immediately, Bacharach will provide service and repair for Stingers manufactured after 2004 (serial numbers ending in ‘TN.’) Above and beyond the one-year over-the-counter warranty, Bacharach is pleased to offer additional repair services outside of non-warranty repairs.

    Available repair options include:

    1. Stinger Compressor Rebuild and Repair - $185.00 USD

    Includes visual & operational inspection, general cleaning, compressor rebuild and moving parts replacement, reassembly and full functional test.

    1. Stinger Manifold Block Replacement - $185.00

    Includes visual & operational inspection, general cleaning, installation of new manifold block, reassembly and full functional test.

    1. Stinger Compressor Replacement - $295.00

    Includes visual & operational inspection, general cleaning, installation of new compressor, reassembly and full functional test.

    Additional terms and conditions: Refurbished units will no longer be offered as a service option. Customer is responsible for freight charges. Repair is subject to evaluation and limited to the three repair solutions listed above. As with all repairs, a Bacharach-issued RMA# must accompany the Stinger returned for repair. If the product cannot be repaired under the scenarios listed above, the customer will be contacted with alternatives
